Refund policy

We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind please email us within 14 days at info@spicerandwood.co.uk to arrange a return.

Only unused products in original condition and packaging will be refunded. We will refund the paid amount with the exception of any shipping charges that were applied to your order. We don't refund fees incurred for the return itself.
